MONITORING AND EVALUATION DEPARTMENT
Our M&E department plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our programs. We collect, analyze, and report statistics from various departments, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
Our M&E team consists of 10 Data Capture professionals, including a Data Quality, M&E Coordinator, and M&E Manager.
TEAM STRUCTURE
- Data Quality Specialist: Ensures data integrity and accuracy.
- M&E Coordinator: Supports data collection, reporting and analysis.
- M&E Manager: Oversees M&E strategy, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Data collection: Gathering statistics from departments to track program progress.
- Data quality assurance: Ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports to our Funder AIDS Foundation of South Africa (AFSA)
- Analysis: Interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluation: Assessing program effectiveness and impact.
